BREEAM & CfSH Assessments

The Building Research Establishment has produced methods of assessing the environmental performance of a construction project. One element of this assessment comprises the reward of credits for protecting and enhancing the ecology and biodiversity of a site.

Clear’s Suitably Qualified Ecologists are extensively experienced in completing BREEAM Assessments for schools, offices, prisons, retail and healthcare projects and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments for residential developments.

Clear has also completed several CEEQUALS assessments, which are similarly credit-based assessments but of civil engineering projects.

We work closely with project managers and design teams to make sensible recommendations that are able to be implemented, so as to maximise the number of credits achievable.
